Within 24 hours of receiving the completed ‘Fact Finder’, we will provide you with a bespoke quote.
Following acceptance of the quote, terms and conditions will be agreed and payment services activated.
You will now be given access to your account. A demonstration will be provided and you will have the chance to explore all the ecommerce fulfilment features before going live.
A spreadsheet file will be provided so that your inventory can be uploaded to our online warehouse in bulk.
With your authorisation, we can access and install unlimited sales channels onto your account. Or if you would prefer, we can send detailed instructions for you to complete the task yourself and we will be on-hand to support.
We support all major shipping services. These can be configured by sales channel, weight and country to name a few.
Testing is done on each core product fulfilment process from receiving your goods to despatching an order to make sure we are in the best position for going live
Once testing is completed and any remedial action is taken, we are ready to put our fulfillment into action, receiving and despatching your items.
